Typically, you’ll receive your first samples within 12 weeks of requesting them. Unfortunately, supply-chain issues may still be affecting our fulfillment times. If you’d like to confirm you’re scheduled to receive samples as soon as they become available, email psosa@elitesmg.com.
We typically send a new supply of samples every 3-4 months. If you need more samples before then, email psosa@elitesmg.com.
If your office ran out of free samples before a scheduled re-supply shipment (roughly every 3-4 months), you can request a more immediate supply by emailing psosa@elitesmg.com.
